In our view, exercise therapy is the most important treatment option to help you get rid of your complaints and limitations.
In addition to exercise therapy, we also offer other treatment options.
Approximately 80 percent of our treatments consist of exercise therapy, supported where necessary with 'hands on' therapy. Exercise therapy is an important pillar in your rehabilitation. We therefore appeal to your own commitment to bring your rehabilitation to a successful conclusion.
The most important pillars within exercise therapy are: balance, coordination, strength endurance, strength and speed. You ultimately need these five fundamentals to function properly in your daily life, work and sport. Depending on your goals, these pillars will be addressed to a greater or lesser extent during your rehabilitation. Our locations are equipped with a well-equipped exercise room where you can work on your recovery safely and effectively.
In addition to practicing in our training room, you will also receive homework exercises to speed up recovery. These exercises are sent via the physitrack application. This app is supported by videos showing what to do at home.
If remedial therapy is not (yet) possible or is not considered the best treatment at that time, we have alternative treatments to achieve your goals. We know a suitable treatment for every complaint and every individual.

Intake
During the intake, your physical problem will be mapped out on the basis of an interview and a physical examination.
Treatment
During a treatment, you practice in the exercise room. Of course, this can be deviated from if necessary.
Homework exercises
After each session you will receive homework exercises to optimize the effect of treatment.
Follow-up appointment
If necessary, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled. During this follow-up appointment, there will be a short evaluation and the exercises will be adjusted if necessary.
During the gait analysis, your old shoes will be assessed. You have to walk up and down in front of the camera a few times to film and analyze your walking pattern. You then walk barefoot in front of the camera several times and, if necessary, in corrected shoes to judge the difference. The gait pattern is then assessed frame by frame to determine whether there is compensation from the feet, knees and/or hip/pelvis and appropriate shoe advice can be given.
