If you have an appointment Fysioplein wish but you are unsure whether you are additionally insured, then you can Fysioplein check that for you as a service. However, you remain responsible for your insurance details at all times.
Do you have limited supplementary insurance but have you already had physiotherapy elsewhere in the year in question? Then we would like to know how many treatments that was. This way we can prevent you from unintentionally exceeding the number of treatments of your supplementary insurance.
You can change your insurance until the end of January, but you must cancel the old insurance before 31 December. It is wise to check whether you are sufficiently insured for physiotherapy.
If your insurance has changed, you should Fysioplein I would like that from you to avoid misunderstandings.
After your operation, the first 20 treatments will come from your supplementary insurance. Check whether your supplementary insurance is sufficient and whether you have already had physiotherapy or manual therapy this year. If you do not have supplementary insurance, the first 20 treatments will be at your own expense. From the 21th treatment after your operation, the treatments are covered by your basic insurance. Your compulsory excess will count from this moment on. You will then receive an invoice from the insurer.

That depends on your insurance policy. If you have supplementary insurance, almost all insurance policies reimburse a number of treatments. How many treatments are reimbursed differs per insurance policy. To determine exactly what number of treatments you are entitled to, we recommend that you consult your policy conditions or your insurance company.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If this does not happen then Fysioplein entitled to charge the statutory interest on the amount due or on the remainder thereof. Each time after the end of a year, the amount on which this interest is calculated is increased by the interest due for that year.
When a patient does not pay on time, Fysioplein entitled to take collection measures. All costs involved in the collection (including the extrajudicial collection costs) will be borne by the patient. The extrajudicial collection costs amount to at least 15% of the principal sum or the remainder thereof, plus the statutory interest, with a minimum of € 46, all excluding turnover tax.

The above rates apply if there is no agreement with the relevant health insurer and if an appointment is not canceled in time, regardless of the reason.
At the end of the month, the invoices are sent to the health insurers. Almost all health insurers reimburse the physiotherapy directly to us. You are only eligible for this if you have additional insurance. If your health insurer does not pay us or you do not have additional insurance, you will receive the invoice yourself after the treatment, which must be paid immediately by debit card.
Your first appointment consists of an intake interview and a physical examination. This takes about half an hour.
You must bring:
• insurance card or policy
• identification with regard to your BSN number
• towel
• appropriate clothing (shorts and (sports) bra)
• possibly. a referral letter from your general practitioner or specialist
When an exercise program is drawn up for you, we ask you to bring sportswear, indoor sports shoes and a towel.
No, you do not need a referral letter from your GP for treatment by a physiotherapist. You then use Direct Accessibility Fysiotherapy (DTF). If you do have a referral letter, please bring it with you.
If you come through a specialist, you should always bring a referral letter with you. You also need a specific request for a referral for treatment at home
In 2022, we have a contract with all health insurers, with the exception of foreign insurers. With these health insurers, you must take care of the payment yourself. You can submit this payment yourself to your health insurer, provided that you have (additional) insurance for physiotherapy.
